We began with a simple question: what does a winter wardrobe actually need?
Not more. The answer was a small set of pieces, cut precisely from honest materials, that work together and last. A coat that is warm without being heavy. A knit that softens with age. Boots that are resoled, not replaced.
VÉRNE is a contemporary winter label built on a simple idea: release less, so each piece can be made better.

Natural textures and considered fabrics. We choose cloth for how it ages as much as how it looks — dense wools, fine merino and full-grain leather that improve with wear.

Clean silhouettes designed for movement. Every seam, pocket and proportion has to earn its place — nothing is added for its own sake.
